Petala Club deliveries take place every Wednesday. Your first
bouquet will arrive on the Wednesday you select when joining the
club, and your following bouquets will then arrive according to
your chosen frequency.
Will my bouquet be the same every time?
No. Every bouquet is uniquely designed using seasonal flowers,
so each delivery is different.
Can I choose specific flowers?
The flowers are selected by our florists based on the season and
freshest availability. You choose your preferred colour palette,
and we take care of the rest.
Can I change my colour preference?
Yes. You can update your preferred palette for future deliveries.
Can I skip a delivery?
Yes. Subscription deliveries can be skipped subject to the
terms of your subscription.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription according to the terms
provided at checkout.
